UWIR Report
ATP 744 – Draft Underground Water Impact Report
In accordance with the requirements of section 381 and section 382 of the Water Act 2000 (Water Act) Comet Ridge Limited has prepared a draft Underground Water Impact Report (UWIR) for its operations within Authority to Prospect (ATP) 744 which will be available for public consultation from Monday 2nd March 2026.
The draft report relates to ATP 744 located approximately 90km north-east of Aramac and 265km north-west of Emerald in central Queensland as shown in the adjacent map.
You have the opportunity to review and comment on the UWIR.
